The term “Ecozoic era” was coined by Thomas Berry to describe the geologic era that Earth is entering – when humans live in a mutually enhancing relationship with Earth and the Earth community. We chose this term to signify our desire to support this era by demonstrating our values and mission in all we do.

Springs was chosen, not only because we are located in House Springs, but because it is a family surname. Our hope is that all find this a retreat from daily life.
